Take syp maltviron  10ml morning and evening for 6 to 8 weeks after meals. Take more of fresh, green vegetables, beetroot, pumpkin, papoaya, apple, orange, guava, jaggery.

Take cap dexorange od after lunch . U also add iron rich content in ur diet like jaggery,gram , ragi . If possible add more details of ur report.
