Please tell me the best B-12 Tablets (methylcobalmin or cyanocobalmin) and Specifically Brand, which will help raise the B-12 Levels in blood test? (Range 300-1000 normal range of B-12) - Specifically I want tablet not injection. And Only the specific tablets and brands that work. As some brands may work better than others.
