Hello This might be URTI/ viral infection And as it’s since 5 days it might cause body ache and weakness If you feel feverish do measure your temperature and take a track of it

1. Take Paracetamol Tab 650 mg for fever not more than 4 times a day 2. Drink plenty of water/fluids 3. Get CBC with PBS, ESR, Widal, NS1 Ag done

Your symptoms are most likely a viral infection which is common in this season. Take rest, drink warm water, take steam inhalation. If fever continue take tab paracetamol 650 mg 1-1-1-1 after food. Drink plenty of water.

Hello Mam , This probably is - Viral fever . But if you have bodyache I will suggest you to go for dengue test as well . However - For viral fever you can just have symptomatic treatment . As it takes time for it to resolve .

You could be having a viral infection. Take ORS sachet, eat hot meals and keep hydrated. You can take Paracetamol 500mg SOS for the fever. If the fever doe not subside in 2 days , please visit a doctor.

Hello madam  just take levo cet HS , cefixime BD , omez OD , PCM 650 TID for 3 days. For which cough syrup to prefer we need history if your have breastfeeding child or not .. and are you allergic to anything with chronic sinus problem .. to decide what's best syrup for you.
