I am getting cold and flu since last day. I have head and throat pain and also snivel from noise

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Warm salt water gargles thrice a day. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further. Best regards.
