It can be due to many reasons Mostly it’s due to defective teeth alignment/bite If it’s painless or out of now where with a history of tobacco consumption kindly get it thoroughly checked
Next Steps
1. Get detailed consultation from GP/Dental Surgeon 2. Avoid tobacco if you consume 3. You may use ORASORE ointment Local application for twice a day for 7 days if it’s painful

Canker sores (aphthous ulcers) are small, painful ulcers inside the mouth. They usually heal on their own in 7–10 days. Management tips: Avoid spicy, acidic, or hard food that irritates the sore Drink plenty of water, maintain good oral hygiene You can apply a topical oral gel (like benzocaine/lignocaine-based gel) for pain relief saline rinses 2–3 times a day can soothe the ulcer Vitamin B-complex or folic acid supplements may help if they occur frequently
Next Steps
Usually no treatment is required as they heal on their own If the ulcer is very painful, very large, or keeps coming back frequently, please consult a doctor/dentist to rule out deficiencies or other conditions
Health Tips
This is general advice. Please consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
