I am suffering from sinusitis from 5 days . Symptoms are yellow mucus from nose. My transferrin Saturation 13.55 % HB 13.0 TLC 7.2  10^3/uL Neutrophil 64.2 % Lymphocytes 24.8 % CRP 16.92 mg/L Vitamin d 45.68ng/ml Vitamin b12 138 pg/ml I am feeling fatigue and yellow mucus from nose and cough sometime. What should I do . Please help.

I have a hypothyroidism since 6 yrs .Recently I checked my thyroid profile nd. Dat is TSH :-7.6 ,T3:-0.9,T4:-10. and Anti TPO is 420.6 .Dat scares me I m bit anxious abt my result .I m on thyroxin 75 mcg from last 1 mnth .Guide me fr further evaluation . Thank you

I recently had stomach pain and pinching.Endoscopy revealed the results and I tested positive for H.pylori bacteria I have started the medication but I am worried and afraid regarding the endoscopy results. Hello doc, I have been facing this chest fullness issue and difficulty catching full breath since few years now on and off. Lately, it has increased and i feel chest tightness and intermittent sharp pain on left side of chest. I had consulted a cardiologist earlier and he said it was anxiety issue as all parameters were normal. I am physically quite active and have moderate weight . I get anxious easily and stress over small things. Can this be the reason?? Kindly help.
