I have been suffering from a cold and my whole body is burning, pain for that i visited a doctor, then he checked my bp and it is 150/90 all of sudden, he asked do you have bp i said i don't have bp and last fifteen days ago i checked and it is 115/80 now it is changed, what is the problem.

I having stomach bloating and vomit sensation i having stress and think different negative things also Kindly suggest.

I have this small bump on my buttock and it is there since a long time and hasn't shown any changes in size, shape or color. It is almost flat but if I press and drag my fingers I feel that part is a bit hard. As much as I can remember I had a nodular acne at that spot and later that spot became hard. Should I be bothered about it? Is it dangerous?

Hello From last two months I'm facing serious stress so that whenever I cry alot I got panic attack and then unconsciousness along with that I've headache and my right head side one nerve is paining also sleeplessness and eye etching...I'm worried about my health so I wants to know that what's I'm going through..

I was prescribed lemberoxant for sleep problems due to insomnia . Now doctor said to stop and see how it feels. I stopped but after two days i started taking ashwagandha thought to help me stabilize but never hit the thought that lemberoxant might interact with ashwagandha . I don't have any specific symptoms of interaction but scared to death that they might cause some internal problems , i can't get it out of my mind at all . Plus to that my vitamin d level came back as 45 ng / ml . I thought I should boost vitamin d so took one 60000iu tablet , without researching anything . I am having massive fear of this all together causing harm . I do seem to have a little discomfort in my stomach don't know if is caused by stress or this potential overdose or interaction .

I have got my vitamin d3 checked due to severe body aches and shiver. I've been prescribed uprise d3. Suggest what else can I do to increase vitamin d3. My reports were 2.72
