Good that your lipid profile is normal . That means no major cholesterol issues right now. To keep it that way, a few healthy lifestyle tips- Balanced diet → more fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, less fried/oily/junk. Include protein → milk, eggs, pulses, lean meat, soy. Exercise / walking 30 mins daily (even brisk walk or yoga). Morning sunlight for Vit D + bone health. Hydration → 2–3 L water/day. Sleep 7–8 hrs daily, maintain a routine. Cut down excess tea/coffee, avoid smoking/alcohol. Stress management - meditation, breathing exercises, or simple hobbies. Since cholesterol is fine, main focus should be on overall lifestyle + vitamins check (B12, Vit D, thyroid, Hb) to keep you healthy in the long run .

Hlo sir, Aapki report abhi normal hai, is samay dawai ki zarurat nahi hai . Sirf lifestyle aur diet par dhyaan dena hoga. Lifestyle + Diet Plan Physical activity Roz 30–40 min walk ya light exercise. Yoga/meditation se stress control karein. Diet Sabzi, salad, fresh fruits daily. Whole grains (oats, brown rice, dal). Badam, akhrot, flax seeds thodi matra me. Fried food, oily cheezein, butter, ghee, bakery items kam karein. Low-fat milk/dahi use karein. Pani 2.5–3 litre daily. Lifestyle Smoking aur alcohol avoid karein. Neend 7–8 ghante puri karein. Is routine se aapka HDL aur improve hoga aur future me cholesterol control rahega. Agar future me cholesterol ya LDL high ho jaata hai to us time doctor cholesterol kam karne wali dawaiyan (statin group ki medicines) de sakte hain, lekin abhi ki report me iski zarurat nahi hai.

Report is normal. Total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides are within range. HDL (good cholesterol) is slightly low — this can improve with regular exercise, healthy diet, avoiding smoking, and maintaining ideal weight. No medicine needed. Just follow a healthy lifestyle and repeat lipid profile after 1–2 years.

LDL is near optimal and not a concern. HDL is just at the lower edge; increasing physical activity like regular exercise, brisk walking, cycling, swimming, maintaining a healthy diet with more fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, and healthy fats like olive oil, and avoiding smoking can help raise HDL.
Health Tips
No medications are needed. Just continue with a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet, and regular exercise to keep your lipids in the best range.
