A leg pain rises to whole body
Actually, I feel a kind of rising sensation from the soles of my feet up to my ankles and knees, and it happens much more when I put my feet in a cold place. When I pour cold water over my body while bathing, I get the feeling that “something is about to rise,” as if it will spread throughout my whole body. On other days, this feeling is present but milder. However, on certain specific days — for example, Wednesday or Sunday — if that rising pain starts in my body even once, it troubles me the entire day. When that pain rises and spreads through my whole body, I feel very uneasy, I don’t feel like doing anything, and if it happens while I’m talking to someone, it feels extremely unpleasant. After a while, I return to normal, and then I can’t clearly remember what caused it or what exactly happened. I’m very worried about this, especially with my board exams coming up. Pls tell what is this ??

your leg pain spreading to whole body seems mostly related to stress + vitamin deficiency issues.
Health Tips
First relax.Stress seems to be the big trigger here. Start simple things: regular sleep, eat well, stay hydrated, do a little stretching/walk daily. Add B12 supplement (Neurobion or B12 tab as advised). Get basic blood tests (Hb, thyroid, sugar, Vit D, B12) just to be on the safe side. Try breathing/pranayama daily,  actually works for calming mind + body aches. If you notice anything unusual like blackout, body shaking, or confusion, don’t ignore, see a neurologist quickly. Mostly, this looks like a mix of exam stress + vitamin deficiency rather than something very serious. Also, some deep breathing / relaxation exercises (inhale 4 sec – hold 4 sec – exhale 4 sec) can really calm you down, especially before exams.

Hi, This “rising sensation” you feel from feet to body is usually linked to nerves or stress, not bones or muscles. It can also happen with vitamin B12/D deficiency, thyroid or sugar changes, or anxiety. Since it comes and goes, it is not dangerous but can disturb you. You can do these simple steps: Get blood tests: Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid, Sugar. Sleep well, manage stress, light exercise or breathing practice. If it continues, consult a neurologist/physician once. No need to panic, most times it is harmless and manageable. I hope it help you

I understand your concern. The sensations you are describing — a kind of rising pain or tingling that starts from your feet and sometimes spreads to the whole body, especially when exposed to cold water — can be quite uncomfortable and worrying. 👉 A few important points to understand: At your age, the nerves and blood vessels are still very sensitive, and sometimes exposure to cold or stress can trigger unusual sensations like tingling, rising pain, or even “waves” through the body. These sensations are not usually dangerous. They are often related to: Nerve sensitivity (sometimes called neuropathic sensations). Anxiety or stress, which can make you more aware of body sensations. Cold exposure, which causes sudden changes in blood flow and can make nerves fire abnormally. The fact that it comes and goes, and you return to normal afterward, is reassuring. --- ✅ What you should do 1. Do not panic – this is not life-threatening. 2. Keep warm – avoid sudden cold exposure (like pouring cold water suddenly over the body). Try lukewarm water instead. 3. Regular exercise – gentle stretching and walking improve circulation and nerve health. 4. Stress management – board exam stress can make body sensations worse. Try relaxation techniques (deep breathing, meditation, or listening to calm music). 5. Good sleep and nutrition – very important for both nerves and exam performance. --- ⚠️ When to see a doctor You should meet a neurologist or pediatrician if: The pain/tingling becomes persistent daily, You develop weakness, numbness, or difficulty walking, The sensations are associated with loss of consciousness, severe headache, or vision changes. --- 🩺 Reassurance Right now, what you describe sounds more like a benign nerve sensitivity possibly worsened by stress and cold, not a serious disease. With good lifestyle measures, it usually improves. --- 💬 “You are safe. Focus on your exams without worry. If the symptoms increase or new problems develop, we’ll investigate further. For now, manage stress, avoid sudden cold exposure, and take care of your health.”

Looks like stress related symptoms. Get tested for Vit D levels and Vit B12. Low levels can also cause lethargy, which may hinder ur preparation. Perform meditation and other exercises to cope up your stress. Prepare a proper schedule, have good diet and proper sleep. Try to cope up with stress with various cope up techniques and extra curricular activities
Next Steps
Test for Serum Vit D and Vit B12 levels

Hello. Try taking vitB12 (1500mcg) one tablet daily for some time. You can go for Vit D levels test. As your exams are approaching you can also try some relaxation exercises like deep breathing Inhaling for 4 sec, holding breath for 4 sec and exhaling for 4 sec preferably through mouth. Helps a lot before and during exams.
Next Steps
You can consult a physician if these things don't help at all.

Seems due to stress. To exclude any physical problem, get Haemoglobin,  thyroid function tests,  serum b12, vit. D, tested. Take tab neurobion forte one daily for 30 days. Take a balanced diet,  drink more water, do some regular exercise, pranayam. Take adequate rest.

Get a basic health check-up like blood sugar, vitamin B12, vitamin D, thyroid, etc. Maintain good sleep, diet, hydration, and try to manage exam stress. If you ever notice blackouts, shaking, or loss of awareness with these episodes, consult a neurologist quickly.
