My body temperature rise in evening
My body temperature (palms,sole,back,neck) Rises every evening for 2-3 hours i have no other symptoms did all test including CBC,HIV, TYPHOID, MALARIA all were normal. But my Vit b12 is low 140 and i started taking medicine and injection recently. What is causing burning sensation in these areas?

In Vit B12 deficiency patients face the symptoms which you mentioned. Since  you are already on B12 injection, your symptoms will come down. How frequently are you taking the injection?
