She is experiencing dizziness  while standing, she is having generalized body pains, she is not able to sleep due to exertion and a lot of work, she is having some gut related issues. I just don't understand which doctor to go to and if I could get some tests done prior like vitamins cbc (for hb maybe) I need advice on this. Thank you

My son's blood test shows Widal shows salmonella typhi O and H positive 1:40 with hemoglobin marginally low at 12.5, WBC of 12,100 and RBC of 4.47. Dengue and malaria is negative...he is having fever for the last one week.  Can anyone suggest?

My mother is having symptoms of edema in feet and hands since 7-8 months so we did ecg,echo,kft,lft,cbc Kft,lft,cbc is normal even protein and albumin is normal Ecg sometimes says t wave non specific abnormality and sometimes everything normal Main reason to worry is edema around toes of feet and lateral side of ankles in both feet and fingers of hands Are details sufficient in this echo to rule out heart failure or certain parameters are missing like E/e' and all ? Pls Tell which parameters should be taken we will get them now in new echocardiography. Is HFpef still possible with this ?? What further tests are possible to find cause of edema and rule out HFpef???

My haemoglobin is 8 and serum iron 14. Should i go for iron tablets or iron infusion in this case. I have not had iron tablets yet.

Since last 4 days I am coughing continuously, have difficulty breathing accompanied by chest heaviness, headache.

I was having severe ear & throat pain. 1st Doc suggested Qmox CV 625 thrice a day for 4days & CetQ LM. The same symptoms returned after a week. 2nd Doc suggested Clavam 625 twice a day for 5days and Hifenac P for pain & some Vitamins. I just wanted to know why did my ear & throat infection return immediately after 1 week ? This is the 1st time I'm facing something like this.

I took three rabies booster doses instead of two. One on 6th march , 2nd on 10th march and third on 28th march. I was re exposed on 14th april. Do i need to take more doses for the re exposure?
