Based on what I see patient is old age bed ridden and swelling is only in extreme parts of extrmities And only left side. If patient has breathing difficulty? = Check for D dimer , USG Doppler unilateral swelling is more dangerous than bilateral swelling in medical. If above is normal then feel free to consult me , cause it will require many questions to be answered.
