Your mother’s USG shows a small kidney stone (3.6 mm) in the right kidney and a parapelvic cyst in the left kidney. The cyst is benign (non-cancerous) and usually harmless, only follow-up is needed. No sign of cancer, but regular monitoring and hydration are advised.
