I have been having right breast pain since about one month, it is now continuing to get worst and the pain is radiating to my arm, making it numb. I have already got my breast examined from a gynac and an ultrasound both were clear. Pls advice what to do now as I am very worried.

Right breast pain, after examination it seems okay then you should not be worrying. It would be a muscle strain or a nerve issue. Exercising would make it better.
Or if the pain is immense, take a light painkiller.
If pain radiation is right side.. since it is radiation pain one side + numb it's points highly towards nerve pinching issue . Be it cervical radiculopathy or thorasic outlet syndrome. Best to get CT cervical area done. No need of any other investigation based on history. It's not musculoskeletal pain so further investigation is definitely required.

Hello Ma’am,
Since your breast exam and ultrasound are clear, the pain radiating to your arm with numbness is more likely from muscle strain, nerve compression, or posture issues, not from the breast itself. Simple lifestyle care, posture correction, and physiotherapy usually help, but if it continues, a neurologist/orthopedic review is best.

Dear Practo User.
Thanks for sending across your query.
As a general physician, persistent breast pain with radiation to the arm and numbness, despite a clear breast exam and ultrasound, suggests a possible nerve or musculoskeletal issue rather than a breast problem. I recommend seeing a neurologist or orthopedic specialist to evaluate for cervical spine or nerve compression.
