Weird fluttering under left breast
From last night i am having a weird fluttering sensation under my left breast. Can't figure out is it gas or heart palpitations. But it's making me feel uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep properly. There is no pain. My heart rate is 83 and SPO2 is 96 as per my smart band.

Calm down. Can be because of anxiety. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Avoid tea and coffee. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Take Deep breath. With this much history i won't be able to advise anything more. Need to ask few questions regarding your problem before coming to a conclusion.
