I was taking Duphalac for 1 month for chronic hard stool problem but it's not working anymore like before. What should I do now? Which syrup should I take?

Taking duphalac for longer duration is not recommended
Try changing diet -add banana papaya leafy vegetables on daily basis
Check if any regular tablets which you are taking is causing constipation eg iron tablets,Bp tablets can cause constipation
Can add cremaffin syp 20ml at night
If nothing works better check with a general surgeon
