Full body checkup can be done for any age.... Usually we recommend beyond 40yrs of age to undergo full body checkup once a year.... You can just do routine tests like Hb, BSL, HbA1C, LFT, RFT, B12, D3 etc.... repeat these after one year, no need of any other tests for your age

You are well within that age. All the Biochemistry tests for a Basic Full body checkup can be done after the age of 5 years (excluding the ECG, Xray, Ultrasound scan and heavy metal poisoning )

You are not late at all. In fact, 27 is an excellent age to begin routine health checkups. Many conditions like diabetes, thyroid imbalance, cholesterol issues, or vitamin deficiencies can begin silently in the 20s, so getting a baseline now will help you stay proactive.
Next Steps
At your age, I recommend starting with a basic panel including CBC, fasting blood sugar and HbA1c, lipid profile, thyroid function (TSH), liver and kidney tests, Vitamin D and B12, and a urine routine. For women, cervical screening (Pap smear if sexually active) and breast check should also be considered. These can be repeated every 1–2 years or as advised. This first round will serve as your baseline for the future.
Health Tips
A full-body checkup is not just about numbers, but about putting them in context with your lifestyle and family history. It is always better to discuss your reports with a doctor who can guide you on whether further tests are required. If you wish, you can book a consultation with me here on Practo once your results are ready, and I can help interpret them and advise on preventive measures tailored for you.

Ofcourse you can start your body checkup , its never too late tho.  First do general test like BGT,  Cbp , Cue  , fbs , ppbs , thyroid profile, RFT , LFT , viral markers for STDs  , ECG , abdominal  ultrasonography . These blood and imaging test would be more than enough  . If needed more  you can get vit -D , B12 and even pap smear test as your female  !

Do you have any symptoms? Usually doctors recommend a full body routine checkup  only after 40 yrs of age and that is kept as a baseline. If everything remains all right your doctor will advice to go some repeat tests after 2 to 5 years.

At 27, a full-body checkup might not be necessary unless you have specific concerns or symptoms. Instead, I'd recommend focusing on preventive measures like regular physical activity, exercise, meditation, and yoga to maintain overall physical and mental well-being. Additionally, ensure you're getting adequate sleep, eating a balanced diet, and staying hydrated.
Next Steps
If you have any specific health concerns or questions, feel free to discuss them with me.
