Bleeding tooth problem
Main complaint:
On and off gum bleeding (lower front gums) since last night.
First noticed today morning around 9:00 am.
Bleeding stopped with cotton pressure.
No bleeding from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Fresh bleeding again around 4:00 pm while lying down for rest.
Medicines:
Takes Ecosprin 150 daily
Blood pressure medicines, prostate, acidity
No tooth pain.
Other history:
No fatigue, no weight loss, no fever.
No history of trauma or tooth injury.

Stop blood thiner.
Add vit c Limcee500 three times to suck. Tab ethamsylate eight hrly for five days.

Stop aspirin for now. Why are you taking it, is it self treatment or on a prescription? Is there any gum problem like swelling and or pain?
If necessary restart a lower dose 75mg, after gap of some days.
Get complete blood count, bleeding and clotting time done, share results.
Meanwhile take tab Ethamyslate 250mg one every 8 hours for 3 to 4 days.
Tab limcee 500mg one morning and one evening before meals, for 10 days.

There are various factors leading to bleeding gums. More common in patients taking ecosprin is bleeding due to antiplatelet action of ecosprin itself. But further details regarding use of ecosprin, oral hygiene, type of brush used and others are required to analyse properly. Please review with proper details. If bleeding persists or recurs frequently, basic blood tests to be done along with considering reduction in ecosprin dose.
