Bleeding regarding

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I'm experiencing little bleeding early morning and back and abdominal pain leg cramps. Half an hour once if I wipe with tissue paper each time little blood is there it is my 11 dpo and I'm taking susten 200 . Is it periods or implantation
