White Creamy tongue and bleeding gums
Helo doctor i have been facing white tongue issue since october 2024 its been soo long its not going i have had unprotected sex in september 2024 from october ending i am having white tongue which is creamy and have bad breathe with bleeding gums and irritation in mouth i couldnt eat properly i feel week i feel fatigue my sleep has increased its like i am sleeping for more than 14 to 16 hours and i couldnt concentrate on anything my throught hurts its like something struck inside i have had some tests i am attaching the files pls help me
