White coating on tongue
After waking up I have dense white coating on tongue. This starts to clear after I brush or gargle. Still in the middle of tongue remains white coating during the day. This is happening for many years now. If its is due to bacterial infection, then should I consider medication?

show to a dentist or an ENT specialist it can be due to a fungal infection (candidiasis) tab fluconazole 150 mg weekly can be taken for 4 wks
