From 2 days I am facing normal bleeding gum while brush. .. Fever 98.9 Body pain .. Slightly Stomach pain Plz suggest treatment... Should I worry about this ?? Plz answer

Do a fever profile test Do not brush ,use fingers instead Good water intake,vit c supplementation Bleeding from any site with fever should be taken up seriously until cause ruled out

It can be common dental infection or dengue .  To be sure , get a blood test done CBC , dengue ns1 antigen test. And consult sos. If everything is normal visit nearby dentist.
