Flu

I feel heaviness in the chest with suffocation, tightness in the chest and throat due to which i get mild  throat pain as well . In the morning I don't get any symptoms I feel fresh but this starts only in the evenings and after I try to lay down on the bed in the afternoon. I did PFT, CHEST PA XRAY  as well as ECG but all the reports are normal. After the normal reports my doctor says it may be because of anxiety and prescribed me a tablet for anxiety but it gave temporary relief in the evening I m experiencing the same symptoms . I need proper advice, medicine and treatment.
