Hiii Chronic uti is because of the enlarged prostate If every time new bacteria appears along with the resistance of the antibiotics it will only lead to more serious situation in future Would like to tell u to consult with a urologist and take a opinion weather surgery is required or not?? Because enlarged prostate can be treated with medications that is only symptomatic relief Permanent is better to get a opinion on the surgery itself . Hope it helped u

If recurrent UTI is occurring, surgery is the best option for BPH. Consult with a Urologist.

Along with medication you need to do hygienic practices. If you follow my instructions of hygiene then you won’t have a recurrent UTI. Reach out for further assistance.

Recurrent UTI is most probably due to structural anomalies. Repeat a CBC, CRP and URE. Strict hygeine has to be maintained. Salome soaks at penile opening can be done, or Sitz bath can be done for perineal hygiene.

Hello Sir, High WBC with pelvic pain and burning suggests active infection, so a repeat urine culture is needed to choose the right antibiotic since resistance is high. Chronic prostate and high PVR contribute to recurrent UTIs, so treatment takes time and bladder emptying techniques are important. I hope it helps you. For proper management and treatment, you can consult me. For a free detailed consultation, you can reach me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine.
