Breast skin normal or not
Hello doc , I am 24 y old female , usually my periods are regular 26-33days cycle .
But this month it got 10 delays , am sexually inactive,
On 21st August I noticed lumpy kind in left breast then I visited to Surgeon she examined and said mild nodularity .
But my breast skin looks like this is it normal or any serious plz tell me .
My weight is 60kgs
I also lost weight gradually since Aug 2024 my weight in 2024 Aug was 69 and now 60kgs

Delayed periods by 10 days is normal when ur cycle is regular usually because periods are affected by lot of other factors .
Skin appears to be normal
Ur physical examination revelead - mild nodularity wich is seen by multiple women
But since u mentioned weight loss gradually adds up little suspecion of any underlaying pathology
I will suggest get an MRI done and please get back with the reports .

The skin in the picture appears erythematous and shrinked.
To confirm the content of the lump, it will be better to do a Mammogram.
As there is sudden weight loss, detailed physical evaluation is required.

These skin changes looks normal, weight loss you mentioned is normal 9 kgs In one year is not a significant weight loss and there is no point to stress on

It looks like stretch marks. Nothing to worry about this. Any changes in nipple colour and any lump in Breast is something to look for…reach out for further advice.

The picture appears normal , however during periods sometimes your breasts can feel lumpy due to hormonal issues , sometimes it rarely happens . Since your cycles are not regular it could be due to that reason .
However you can still get a normal breast examination by any doctor to feel for abnormal lumps . And regarding your weight loss you may have to run some regular test like cbc and thyroid function tests also serology .

Irregular periods means anovulatory cycles. It could be due to weight gain or hormonal imbalance or insulin insensitivity. Please get your hormone profile done: FSH, LH, Prolactin, thyroid profile (S. TSH, t3, t4), serum androgens

Before periods nodularity is common and skin changes doenst look alarming
