1-If u had a viral fever in last one week could be the cause of this and it will settle down by own - stay well hydrated
2- could be ongoing infection in your body
Please get a CBC done and repeat CRP after 5 days

Get a blood culture done and asses the kind of infection or inflammation your body is going through.
Get a urine routine also . Crp is seen high at times when pt have RA , Get done with ANA , ANTI SMITH , RF FACTOR , ASO. LFT AND RFT .
