Hello, Your symptoms may be due to a combination of low blood pressure and possible ear/inner ear issues, along with possible vitamin or thyroid deficiency causing joint pains and cracked heels.
Next Steps
I advise: -Get blood tests (CBC, Vitamin D, B12, Calcium, Thyroid profile, Iron studies). -ENT checkup for ear pain and dizziness.
Health Tips
Monitor BP regularly, keep well hydrated, and avoid sudden posture changes. Please visit a physician/ENT soon for proper evaluation.

Get ENT check up done for left ear pain, hollow sounds in head . For dizziness please share details,  is it sensation of falling down or blackness in front of eyes or spinning sensation? Get Haemoglobin,  blood sugar fasting and post meal done.  For low b.p., avoid standing for long time continuously,  while sitting spread legs in front. Take more fluids with little salt,  like ors, butter milk, lemonade,  etc. Syp Maltviron 5m.l morning and evening for a month.
