Sometimes while lying down on a hard pillow  or on a high pillow cushion i feel dizzy can it be due to cervical spondelytics? Or any BPPV?

Maybe due to Bppv and hard and high pillow causes decreased cerebral circulation. Cervical Spondylosis will be seen in higher age groups
Next Steps
Avoid high and hard pillow and use medicine for vertigo like betahistine.. Check for anything hearing noises from ear or ear discharge and treat accordingly
