Having diarrhea from last one day. Have gone 11- 12 times . Taken ORS but has not reduced.Had spicy food.

Just take norflox 400 OD x3d(with after noon food) Metro 400 BD x3d( with breakfast dinner) Ors after every bowel movements Omez OD x3d empty stomach morning You will be fine. Consult me for any further assistance

Hello, First check your blood pressure ORS is most important Check whether you are taking low osmolarity ORS Bifilac sachets dissolved in 5 to 10 ml water bd T.zinc od for 5 days T. Pantop 40mg od if burning sensation or regurgitation of food is present

Continue ors You should have a pinch test to know the level of dehydration to rehydrate you Have a pan 40 tab before food If you're having stomach pain have a buscopan tab after mild food like bun or bread

Take plenty of Ors water. Take tab metrogyl 400 1tab twice daily after food for 5 days Take tab zinc 1tab once daily for 14 days . Take blank food like curd rice, water rice and stew food.

Please visit your nearby doctor and get your Blood Pressure checked as well as signs of dehydration. Increase your water intake - drink ORS , lemonade , coconut water , watermelon juice , etc.

Continue ORS. Take tab sporlac one 3 to 4 times daily for 3 days. Take rice, bananas,  boiled potato and only soft food with very little spices. If you feel very weak or lethargic, better go for I.V. fluids.

Avoid spicy food, Milk Products for now. Stay hydrated Take ORS powder mix in 1 litre of warm water, & drink. As u have passed stools 11 times already. U ll be dehydrated. So better to check for blood pressure once. If Blood pressure is low, dehydrated U may need IV fluids. Let me know if u have abdominal pain & fever?? If it is there consult me on practo.

Kindly avoid diary based products for now You should get a blood pressure checked at a nearby hospital to ensure it isn't too low Continue with ORS. Take the powder mixed in a litre of water rather than the premixed drink Avoid taking antibiotics based on online advice Do consult if its not settling beyond 2 days

Provisional diagnosis- Acute gastroenteritis Treatment- 1 - rehydration with ors + zinc supplement for 14 days 2 if pain present- dicycloimine/ meftalspas(either one) 3- if fever occurs- tab ofloxacin+ornidazole(combination) Twice daily for 5 days 3- avoid high fat and spicy food for next 3-5 days 4- increase curd in ur diet and and add probiotics (sporolac tablets three times a day)this will increase healthy bacteria in ur intestine

Rehydration (most important): • Continue ORS: 1 glass after each loose stool. Use the ORS sachet and not tetrapacks. • Avoid fruit juices, sodas, or very sweet drinks. 2. Medications • Tab Pan 40 mg → 1 tab OD before breakfast for 5 days. • Bifilac sachet → 1 sachet in 1 cup of water BD for 3 days. • Tab Drotin 40 mg → SOS only if abdominal cramps. 3. Diet • Avoid spicy, oily, and outside food. • Eat bland food — curd rice, idli, khichdi, boiled potatoes, bananas. • Take small, frequent meals.

Just take ORS after each stool and Zinc tablets. No need to take any antibiotic if there is no fever. Incase of fever and increase in frequency visit a physician as you may need IV fluids for dehydration

Will have to add Zinc supplementation for 14 days, and a probiotic for 3 days, avoid sugary drinks and sugar added foods Take plenty of liquids such as coconut water, lime water with salt, rice water; to avoid dehydration. Avoid spicy and fast food for next 3 days. If loose stools frequency increasing or any temperature, review back

Take tab sporolac DS 2-2-2 for 3 days Drink plenty of water Stay hydrated If fever or bloody diarrhoea or severely dehydrated and loos pf conscious go to hospital immediately
