URINE CULTURE R/M/E
Rx. After giving urine for culture u can start
Levofloxacin 500 mg x 6 days
PARACETAMOL 500 mg sos ( when needed)
Advice : Drink plenty of water (2L approx)
Follow up : after 6 days with reports on practo at Pratima clinic

1st get rbs checked. If normal . Get kidney function test along with USG and urine analysis. After getting these investigations done you consult me I will be happy to assist you . Don't worry. Since duration is just 2 days it's unlikely to be diabetes insupidis.
It could be because of Urinary tract infection.

According your symptoms the diagnosis mainly goes in the favour of urinary tract infection , never the less to diagnose as diabetes you Need to take in consideration of increase in thirst , increase in appetite too as they are classical symptoms of diabetes please consider family history , insulin resistance and recent loss of weight

Please get urine microscopic examination done of first morning sample of urine.
Get blood sugar done as well. Please share results.

Take tab Cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 3 days.
Syp Neeri 5m.l. every 8hours for 5 days.
Please get your urine routine and microscopic examination, blood sugar, HbA1C and sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult a Gynaecologist for further management.
You didn't mention your Obstetric history (how many children, Caesarean or normal).

1-increased fluid intake/ caffiene
2-high blood sugar level ( get RBS PPBS FBS done)
3-could be triggered by stress/ anxity
4-could be mild infection with no presenting symptoms

It could be due recurrent Urinary tract infection which may cause over reactive bladder,UTI are comman in females is it associated with itching?
Or could be due diabetes sudden increase in sugar levels can cause frequent urination and also increase risk of UTI
