29. Male. 5'5". 74 kg. Taking paliperidone 75 mg monthly depot injection, aripiprazole 5 mg and Desvenlafaxine 50 mg daily. For the last couple of years I am feeling apathetic, passive, stale to the point where I feel Indifferent to even think, remember and visualize. I am uninterested and unconcerned about any work or activity. in the past year I only felt good two times for a couple of minutes to hours. Otherwise it is constant.

My mother taking Thyronorm 75 mcg for thyroid issue. Earlier her TSH use to come in normal range between .35 to 4.94 . But in latest report it is .17 only. Should medicine be reduced to 62.5 instead of 75, though T3 and T4 are still normal

Accidentally I got hit with a iron hammer on my thumb finger yesterday. Finger swelled and became purple blue both the sides, blood clotted on the nail. It was a severe pain but after keeping ice pack multiple times pain is little less. But feeling little numbness and it pains when I bend or move my finger. Please guide do I need to get the blood drained by a doctor or it will heal by it's own.

Hello, My hubby gets blood in his phlegm every time h coughs and spits it from around two to three days.  Just wanted to know if this is really serious and treated immediately or can we wait for 1.5 months because h is out of india and will be returning in June. I've been facing jaw pain since 2-3 weeks. Since the last 3-4 days the pain has skyrocketed and has been unbearable. The pain spot is exactly in between the right ear and jaw spot. It's been difficult to open mouth while eating too. Can someone recommend me what to do?

Hypothyroidism patients my TSH was 249...135 in Nov 2024. I was taking Dose thyronorm 100mcg In Jan 2025 TSH 46.67  thyronorm 125 mcg In March it was 29.47 thyronorm 150 mcg After 6 weeks I got a thyroid profile test done My current TSH on 18 Apr is 0.14 My query is what power of thyronorm should I take ? Should I continue thyronorm 150 mcg ? I have taken an appointment with the Dr. But it is on Monday evening. Please let me know what thyronorm power I should take? Thankyou
