The dose is 10 ml. Please take it after half an hour after dinner and have a cup of lukewarm water after that. I don't know for how many days you have not passed motion. If it is 4-5 days or more then you should first consult a General Surgeon for a physical examination to see if you have hard impacted stools in the rectum. In that case Cremaffin may not work.

Measure the prescribed dose (commonly 5-15 ml for adults) using the measuring cup or spoon provided. Shake the bottle well before each use. Cremaffin Plus can be taken directly by mouth or mixed with a little water, but drinking a glass of lukewarm water after the syrup can enhance its effect and help soften stools further. For best results, take it at a fixed time, usually at bedtime. Do not immediately lay down after taking the dose; allow at least 10-15 minutes before lying down.
Next Steps
Expect a bowel movement typically within 1-2 days of starting the medication. Maintain a fiber-rich diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) and increase daily fluid intake to support regular bowel function. Regular physical activity amplifies the effectiveness of the medicine. Do not use Cremaffin Plus for longer than recommended without medical supervision; if constipation persists, consult a healthcare professional
Health Tips
Side effects may include abdominal pain, diarrhea, or discomfort; if these persist, seek prompt medical advice. Not suitable for patients with intestinal obstruction, appendicitis, severe dehydration, or certain kidney/liver diseases—always consult a doctor before starting if these conditions are present. Cremaffin Plus should not be habitually used; repeated need for laxatives warrants further investigation. Let the prescribing physician know about all ongoing medicines as interactions can affect safety and efficacy. For pregnant or breastfeeding women, dosage adjustments may be required—notify the physician accordingly
