Dizziness could be due to ENT issues like bpv , vestibular disorder, low BP , low hemoglobin, eye disorders and sometimes brain disorders.
Initially you have to consult a physician in your area for a clinical examination to determine the exact cause.
Please share details, do you feel dizzy with change of posture, is it on standing for some time, do you feel sensation like blackness in front of eyes, or of falling down?
Get Haemoglobin, blood sugar fasting and post meal done, get b.p. checked.

Check if symptoms resolves or you feel any benefit from it. If it doesn't helo. Then we you need echo to check ejection fraction ,cardiac causes is very unlikely given your age is just 37.

It can be due to low BP get your bp checked
It can be due to low sugar levels
It can be due to reduced hb get a cbc done
If all these are normal then its properly vertigo u can take tablet vertin at v low dose once daily
Possible Causes are
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV): This inner ear condition causes brief spells of dizziness, often related to changes in head position.
Anxiety or Stress: Persistent stress, generalized anxiety, or panic disorders often manifest as nonspecific dizziness or lightheadedness.
Orthostatic Hypotension: A drop in blood pressure on standing can cause regular mild dizziness, particularly if hydration is poor or if there is recent illness.
Anemia: Low hemoglobin, commonly from nutritional deficiencies or chronic blood loss, is a frequent cause.
Ear Disorders: Chronic ear infections or vestibular migraines can present with recurrent mild dizziness.
Hypoglycemia: Skipping meals or irregular eating habits can cause mild, frequent dizziness.
Sleep Disorders: Poor sleep quality, obstructive sleep apnea, or chronic fatigue often cause nonspecific dizziness.
Cardiac Arrhythmias: Less commonly, irregular heartbeats or slow heart rate can result in chronic dizziness.
Dehydration or Electrolyte Imbalance: Inadequate fluid intakeâespecially in hot climatesâcan lead to mild persistent dizziness.
Next Steps
Clinical Evaluation: A detailed clinical history and physical examination are crucial. Important factors to note: exact nature of dizziness (spinning, lightheadedness, imbalance), duration, triggers, associated symptoms (hearing loss, palpitations, headaches, visual symptoms), and impact on daily life. Vitals Check: Blood pressure measurementâincluding orthostatic BP (lying and standing)âand pulse monitoring. Basic Laboratory Tests: Complete blood count (CBC) to rule out anemia, fasting blood sugar, and thyroid function tests may be warranted. Ear and Neurological Examination: To exclude underlying vestibular or neurological causes. Lifestyle Review: Screening for caffeine intake, hydration, sleep pattern, and stress levels.
Health Tips
Hydrate Well: Maintain optimal fluid intake throughout the day. Balanced Diet: Ensure regular meals rich in iron and vitamins. Sleep Hygiene: Aim for consistent, adequate sleep each night. Slow Postural Changes: Rise gradually from bed or chairs to prevent sudden dizziness. Avoid Self-Medication: Do not use over-the-counter remedies for dizziness without evaluation, as they may mask underlying causes.
Your dizziness have to be explained in detail . Does it happen when you get up from bed or it happens any time of the day .
Do you hear ringing sounds in ear ? If not must do detailed examination with ENT doctor .
Also it is adviced to do routine blood work up ( cbc , RFT) and B12 levels and D3 levels
