There can be multiple causes for it, a detailed history will be required to point to the probable cause, and added investigations will help in diagnosis to start with an appropriate treatment. 1. Vitamin and mineral Deficiencies 2. Deranged blood sugars 3. Hypothyroidism 4. Cervical/ neck spine region involvement 5. Inner ear involvement 6. Deranged blood pressure
Next Steps
Visit a nearby clinjc or hospital General physician or practioner to get your BP and Randon Blood Sugar checkd. Certain blood investigations which I advise:- 1. Vitamin B12, Vitamin D 2. TSH, FT3, FT4 3. Blood sugars:- FBS, PPBS, HbA1c 4. Repeat CBC with Peripheral Smear if the last investigation was done more than 3 to 4 months back Other investigations which can be done:- 1. Xray Cervical spine AP and Lateral view An ear examination by an ENT Specialist for the complaints of dizziness with movement of head and hearing sounds in the ear. You can consult a nearby General physician or practioner to have a detailed history taking, or go for the investigations and get them analysed by them. You can connect with me on practo or via call/ WhatsApp (915093049 eight)
Health Tips
-Continue to keep yourself hydrated -Go for frequent small quantity light meals 5 to 6 times a day rather than 3 large regular meals -It's understandable that you feel anxious with your complaints which are chronic and even aggrevating, keep yourself calm and relaxed by relaxation and breathing exercises, yoga/ meditation, regular walks at least 5 times a week for 30 to 45 mins

Hello, I understand your concern and I want to assure you — your symptoms are real and they need a proper root-cause evaluation, not just temporary relief. Your symptoms suggest a combination of: Postural Hypotension (blood pressure drops when you bend or stand) Inner ear (vestibular) imbalance causing dizziness Nutritional or hormonal imbalance (even if CBC is normal, Vitamin B12, D3, Iron stores, Thyroid, and cortisol may be abnormal) Anxiety & panic loop – dizziness increases anxiety, and anxiety further increases dizziness & weakness. Why your condition is not improving: Even though basic blood tests are normal, the root cause tests are missing. Also, long-term anxiety alters the nervous system and digestive hormones, leading to: Sudden hunger & weakness Feeling faint during bowel movement Sound sensitivity & irritability Muscle weakness and leg pain This is a classic case where nervous system dysregulation + inner ear imbalance + nutritional deficiency must be treated together. What Needs to Be Done: Full evaluation of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Ferritin, Thyroid profile Inner ear & balance function tests Anxiety-induced dizziness treatment Diet & lifestyle correction to stabilize blood sugar and nervous system Yes, this is curable but only with a personalized treatment plan. General home remedies will not solve this completely. You are not alone. Many patients with similar symptoms have fully recovered with my treatment approach. To assess your exact cause and start the right treatment step-by-step, I need to know your history in detail. Message me directly on WhatsApp for a personalized plan: Nine Three Two Six Zero Two Zero Five Three Six I will guide you with proper tests, remedies, exercises, and medications if required — so you can feel normal again and take care of your family with full energy. You deserve to live symptom-free. Let's fix this from the root.
