Hello, I have bitten by dog on 8th march 2025. It was without blood bite and skin was reddish. I immediately went to Gov hospital and received ARV 1 along with TT. I had to return Delhi after that. On 11th March I went to another Private hospital and they gave me Thrabis by Cadila vaccine. I asked them is it safe ? Because I have taken another Vaccine on 0th day. They said it is safe. On 15th march I have taken my third dose of same vaccine. But on internet I read somewhere it's completely different vaccine made on different technology and follow 0,3,7 days rule. Now what should I do ? Should I go with traditional vaccine on 22nd march or should I stick with this vaccine called Thrabis. ( even on companies website they have mentioned it is completely different vaccine made on different technology) now what should I do ? I am frightened, confused. Please guide

Respected doctors previous month i took Anti rabies vaccination known as thrabis for mouse bite and i completed the dose till 2 march 2025 (i got 3 doses of this vaccination from private hospital including tetanus shot) but later after 10-14 days that is today i suspected bat bite on finger of hand and leg so the doctor advised me to re take whole ARV vaccination course without immunoglobulin and took my first shot. i want to ask is there any side effects or something if i take 2 PEP course in 1 months span should i be worried about it (note:- this time i am taking vaccination from government hospital) thanks in advance

Hlo dr, suddenly at night I have stomach pain continuously going on... Only pain no potty feeling... It was sudden sharp pain...for more than 2 hours... What is the cause of this pain...

Two days back(13th March), I got injured while playing football. It was very dirty dry soil and I cleaned the wound around 30 minutes after the injury. I got the tetanus toxoid right after 1 hour . Last tetanus toxoid shot was in March 2016. For one day ,I used MUPIROCIN OINTMENT and it started drying off but unfortunately my mother applied FUCIDIC cream yesterday night and today in the morning, I found out that ,the periphery of wound has slightly swollen with little little pus. After that I applied poviodine iodine powder. So now it has has started to dry. What should I do now? Should I take tetanus immunoglobulin also ? Or should I visit the general surgeon.

A friend of mine has been on anti depressants (Sertraline 150mg) for past 4 months after being diagnosed with severe depression and she seems to be improving with the medications. Two weeks ago, she got sick with an eye infection, tonsillitis, fever cough and cold and had been taking antibiotics (Amoxiclav) and other medications and has recovered except for dry cough and a bit of cold. During these 2 weeks, she had not taken her antidepressants. She has been feeling dizzy and angsty lately and believes it's due to stopping the anti depressants. My question on her behalf is, could she restart her Sertraline 150mg tomorrow and would it be safe for her to do so or is there something else to follow before the restart?

Left hand is hurting completely since 3 days. from neck to fingers. ate paracetamol and acidity tablets but there was no effect to the pain. little finger has a spiking pain after i woke up today in noon
