Diagnosed for vitamin d3 deficiency. Vitamin D3 level of 8.0 ng/mL. Why it has caused and what to do now? I am having severe neck pain and headache also pain in tail bone

Low in vitamin B12 and D3. Sometimes feel dizziness and head reeling also on fast movements. Can I take calcimax and zincovit and D3 tablet? Have taken 5 B12 injevtions and 1 D3 injection 6-7 months ago

Dear Doctors, Can you kindly prescribe me a safe deworming tablet and its dosage? I have not taken any deworming tablet since past year and have eaten very sugary foods. Last time I had took a single dose of Noworm tablet (albendazole) however it led me a sleepless night owing to nauseated feeling. I had vaccine for anti ravies after dog bite with tetnus. Can i do exercise like bench press or cycling the next day? Doctor just said follow your routine as normal like drive, sex or whatnot but not mentioned about exercising.

I take Ecosporin AV 150/10 daily and today I also took another Ecosporin 75mg (plain) that is total 225mg aspirin today. Tomorrow I need to get the second dose of anti rabies vaccine of day 3. Will getting the injection cause any bleeding issues or any risk to my health?

Just tested cholesterol results are as below Total cholesterol-286 Non HDL-238 LDL-218 Chol/LDL ratio-6.05 Hdl/Ldl ratio-0.22 Ldl/hdl ratio-4.63 Glucose fasting -104 Pls suggest what  tablets/any more test for treat it better???
