I got cut from sharp pointed  metal like pin.I had tetanus injection two years ago so will it offer protection or do I need another injection.

I was doing fine and went to bed just like that but i suddenly woke up and realized i could not breath i tried my best to breath in air but each time i tried i only realized that the air was not entering any part of my lung, i started hyperventilating palpitations and sweating occurred, it lasted for atleast 40 sec at the end i started to feel dizzy and almost blacked out but again out of nowhere it all stopped and i could breath just fine What in the world happened to me?
