Hi Recently last week I did my blood test.In that my platelet count is 82000 ...So today again i did the same test...Now my platelet count is 68000 ... Please share your opinion on what next steps i need to take.. reports are attached.. Thanks

I was travelling on a bike and a dog started barking and followed me . Due to sudden barking , heart started racing and went into flight or fight mode. My doubt is what if there was a bite that I might have not noticed or slight scratch which I might have missed due to me being tensed and not feeling pain( there wasn't blood or physical bite marks) . Not sure about minute scratch or bite and anxious if I missed or not noticed it

Hello Doctor, I am 25 years old and currently living in Hyderabad. For the past few months, I have been facing several health issues such as a weak immune system, chest discomfort that feels like heart pain, digestive problems, brain fog, memory difficulties, and trouble expressing myself clearly. I also experience constant discomfort in my stomach area, occasional difficulty breathing, and sometimes pain near my lungs. Overall, I feel very nervous and unwell. After thinking carefully, I realized that these problems may have started after I mistakenly consumed expired flaxseed oil. Around three years ago, I had purchased 3 liters of flaxseed oil, but most of it remained unused and expired. A few months ago, while refilling my oil bottle, my mother accidentally used the old, expired oil. Without realizing it, I consumed about 1 liter of it over the past three months. Please help me,  what kind of test should be done, I'm student doesn't have much money, so provide a less cost treatmen

Hello Doctor, I had lower abdomen pain left side from the last few days on an episode basis It's  mild and unable to pass the gas and leg pain below the knee. Kindly just suggest the first aid medici for a few days then I will go for the tests. Thank you

I am 18 yr old girl . My period are  regular  and normal but I have two lump in my right breast one is 2-3 cm in size and other is 1cm I guess . sometime , I feel sudden pain in small point area of my right breast. These lumps are movable and I think size of both of my breast is same . I don't have any lump in left breast . Do I need to get check and which type of test I need to do .

Hi All, I feel lethargic for about 45–60 minutes after waking up in the morning. I get good sleep for around 7 hours and maintain a balanced diet. I also exercise 4–5 times a week and consume healthy foods, including milk products. Despite this, I still feel low on energy in the morning. I'm not sure if it is related to digestion, because after I wake up and use the washroom, I start feeling lazy and lethargic. Can anyone please suggest what could be the reason for this health issue? Hi All, Since last 1 week, In the centre of my lower Lip I have minor infection but it's not getting cured, I've applied tenovate M and betadin gel before. Can anyone suggest any other most suitable gel or cream for this problem ?... Regards

I have a small cyst on the upper side of my left wrist and whenever I workout I'm unable to put much pressure on my left wrist cause it starts hurting even though the pain isn't too severe I wanted to know is there any way I could avoid the pain or I should stop doing workout which puts pressure on my wrist and what if I keep working out is it gonna make the cyst more severe?
