Wt loss since 6 month, no combordites , no complain ( k/ c/ o - parasitic infection in intestine) ..

Numbness in my hands and fingers in the morning. Feel pain when  touch  fingers. In the afternoon pain is negligible. Already taking vitamin E and D.

Hi, My age is 27 female recently I have done body checkup during menstrual cycle,in that reports my TSH is 9.84 , vit D is 16 , and my ESR is 48 , HB is 9.1 and lipase is 54. Creatine, Gfr, sugar, alkaline are normal is any abnormality please advise check my report once menstrual cycle are cause for elevated these please advice

I got bit by pet dog, who went missing for a day and found. He was scared, that led to bite me. I can see blood , small wound. I washed with sanitizer, i couldn't find soap and water that time. The pet dog was upto the vaccination schedule. He even got anti rabies shot , one hour before biting me. In 2 hrs from biting I had the first dose of rabivax-s human. Should I be worried? Can I eat Non-veg during the course?

I feel pain in my right side body, severe pain can be observed in right side belly which joint pain in upper right hip, right shoulder, hand, leg when it increases it also cause pain in right neck and right back head, pain sometime becomes in left side body and, a doctor advised me to have allopurinol 300 mg, I have it and when dose completed my uric acid became normal from 9.7 something, but after pausing allopurinol it increased again, then I take allopurinol 300mg for 1 month, uric acid decreased but increased after 15-16 days, it becoming again and again and again, I think there is a little bit connection in high uric acid and pain because when my uric acid decreases the severity of pain also decreases, but pain do not go, and whenever I eat something heavy,oily , pain increases, I just want to know by which disease I am going through?

Please suggest multivitamin and calcium supplements for me which is vegan or plant based. And the dosage of the same

Hello Sir and Ma'am, Was asked to take Clonazepam 0.5 for 2weeks. Just about to complete. Shall i stop it completely or taper off gradually. How long shall i continue? Quitipine was also given. Shall i continue that with dosage of 25mg for a longer period. Pls guide. Regards and thanks.

I am preparing for a competitive exam, so I study at night. I sleep at 4 AM and wake up at 11 or 12 PM. However, for the past week, I have been feeling mild pain in the toe phalanges region at the base of toe and area below the toe and there is no swelling and redness. Initially, the pain was only in one foot, but now it is present in both feet. The pain is extremely mild and almost unnoticeable; it only occurs when I press the area or sometimes when I walk. Apart from this, on some days (though not daily), I don’t feel like eating my meals and experience a feeling of heaviness. Additionally, I previously felt mild pain on one side of my toenail, and it still hurts a little when I press it. The same issue has now appeared on my left hand, specifically on the corner of my middle fingernail. Why am I experiencing these mixed symptoms?
