If the wound is not infected, Go for Placentrex. If you still see white debris or pus then go with Oxum Spray

Oxum spray - for more infected and deep wounds as it debrids ( removes) infected tissue, reduces inflammation, promotes faster healing. Megaheal + placentrex - controls infection, promotes tissue regeneration, accelerates healing and reduces scarring. So basically it depends on your wound

Oxum spray is generally better for fast healing in infected or chronic wounds because it cleanses, controls infection, reduces inflammation, and promotes granulation quickly. Megaheal+ Placentrex helps in skin regeneration, collagen formation, and scar reduction, but works best once the wound is clean and free of infection. In practice, Oxum is preferred for the initial phase of wound management, while Placentrex (with or without Megaheal) is more useful in the later healing phase to promote tissue repair and smooth recovery.
Next Steps
More details about the wound , like , how old is the would , any infection , history about the injury
Health Tips
Use Oxum first for infected wounds (cleansing, antimicrobial), then switch to Placentrex +/- Megaheal for regeneration. Avoid overuse, reassess regularly, and keep dressings moist, not wet.

I acknowledge that managing skin conditions such as eczema or cellulitis can present significant challenges. I would appreciate if you could provide further details regarding the specific issues or concerns you are facing. I am here to listen and offer support to the best of my ability. Generally, skin-related issues are often associated with fungal infections, particularly when itchiness is present. In contrast, painful symptoms may indicate a cellulitis condition, which is essentially a skin infection.
Next Steps
It is advisable to consult a specialist and provide high-definition photographs in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your condition and to facilitate more effective treatment options.
Health Tips
Do not rely on treatments recommended through Google searches or chatbots.

Basically the type of dressing depends on type of wound. If the wound is more deep or infected wound Oxum spray is likely the better choice. If you want fast healing wounds and you want to support skin regeneration and minimize scarring, the Megaheal + Placentrex mix may be more beneficial.
Next Steps
please describe where the wound is and how it looks.
