Hello doctor, my son is 6 years old. I got his Circumcision done by a surgeon on Monday at 3.30 pm. It has been 4 days since he has had migraine and he is not getting any relief. Can I take dexorange in morning shelcal hd at night with stop IBS tablet .. my hb is 10.2 iron is 47 ferritin is 36.4 TIBC is 342 vit b12 is 349 vitD is 12.8 .....is dexorange required or not are my readings normal I have bought dexorange will it make me constipated if my reports normal should I take dexorange or not is it enough if diet is followed

Hello I am attaching a pic. One is a patch on my stomach. Similarly there are 8 to 9 patches around there. Like on the stomach groin area on the waist area and also near the chest. Kindly please tell me what exactly it is. Also attached prescription. Are those medicines enough to cure the disease? Is this tinea corporis or psoriasis or any other infection. Please help
