Dexorange can be taken twice daily, but if you have constipation,  you can take it once post dinner. Please share details of your symptoms, then I can help you further.

Your reports suggest mild anemia with low Vitamin D, so these issues are treatable and manageable. Dexorange can sometimes cause constipation in IBS patients, but it depends on the type of IBS and your symptoms. Connect once with full history and reports I’ll help you with a stomach friendly plan including diet, supplements, and how to take them properly without worsening IBS.
