Hello. I have PMOS and have been struggling with weight loss since long. My gynae suggests getting mounjaro injections to lose 5-7 kg so I can get a head start. Need a doctor who can guide me through it.

My smallest toenail has white growth under it. It is painless but the nail is slowly coming off the nail bed. What could it possibly be? I don't wear closed shoes and I haven't had any injury.

Hello I tell u in details 1 I feel unwell under fan,I feel cold under fan from last four days 2 I feel little bit pain under legs and hands fingers 3 This first time I had fever without cough and cold 4 Yesterday I go to doctor and my fever is high and than he give me flexon tab and said come after your fever down and after that he give me some injection and medicine for 3 times and in which antibiotic is included and said if not feel well come after one day 5 I wanna share one thing also I feel hungry in morning and in day and in night also during this situation but when I am going to eat anything,I don't like or want to eat,so tell me what to eat or any test I have to done for it

Hi , So my brother has a ring worm infection in his groin area later it spread to thighs he did proper treatment by consulting doc on practo the doc gave me three medicines 1. Zoderm E cream  ,2. Zimig 250 , 3. Dazit , all for 3 weeks ... Initially the itching had gone and he left the course of Zimig 250 ... But continued to apply the cream...itching came back but the ring worm completely disappeared...now it has come in his underarms both the sides... He too uses ABZORB powder at night in the infected areas ... He changed his soap to Dove serum bar but the infection is spreading I think... He exercises a lot so sweat is there but then takes a bath for that ... His body hair is also dense ... Please suggest... Are the soap , medicines ok ???

Hi sir.For the past four years, 1. I have had itching at the tip of my penis and 2.burning sensation in the left side of my inguinal area. If I get it on the right side, it doesn't come on the left side. 3. If I get it on the right side, it doesn't come on the left side. 4.And I get rectal pain. When one of these comes on, the other doesn't come on. What is the problem sir.

Query regarding dosage for my 10 year old daughter with 29 kg weight...she has developed fly symptoms since morning with nose block n throat dryness...complains of body ache if it worsens by night with fever can I give her calpal 500 one full tablet??? Or any other paracetamol recommended pls reply asap
