Hi I have been suffering from parosmia after a month I had covid ans lost my sense of smell and taste. A lot of things are there that I can't even think of eating die to horrific taste and smell most of them gives out. Was wondering if smell training could help? Also if you can suggest from where and which oils to buy cause on internet the essential oil kit available for is not for internal use.
