Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, I am experiencing throat tightness only while lying down while I get up it's good. Took guidance from general doctor below course for 5 days Took antibiotics and levocetirizine 1 more day left for the course to end, tightness feels better but not 100 percent . What would be the possible cause?

Dear Dr. My wife had been suffering with Tinnitus, sound in the left ear for the past 2 years. Please find the attached prescription, used these for 3 months , no relief. I have been having Throat pain, Pulling of jaws combined with thirsty mouth and headache. One of the doctors had prescribed Rabeprazole that relieves the pain momentarily but comes back after a while. I have been fully vaccinated. Age 35 and not allergic to anything known, not history of illness so far except for hyperacidity.

I'm having runny nose and it's like water, even when I'm sitting it's dripping what should I do it's been 2 days and the runny nose is from yesterday first day it wasn't runny second day it was runny I think it was due to dust I took allegra

From last 2.5 days i am having cold with watery eyes now this has been stopped after last night dose. I was having mild fever near by 101 or 102 but not all the time. Since today morning i am having a throat pain while swallowing. Having senses of taste and smell. Normal oxygen and heart beat level.

I don't have cold and cough but I feel like lump paining in my throat and it goes from my tongue to bottom of the throat. Why it is happening ?

Having bumps on tongue near throat portion from last four months , their size does not increase neither are they going away. The child complains of feeling somthing on throat but no pain.

Sound in ears while moving jaw, more in right ear. Bit pain in right ear. Feeling blocked and heavy sometimes. Headache rarely (might be because of blockage too)

My left ear has completely swollen up and water like substance is coming out and the entire ear and nearby areas is paining a lot. What should I do?
