Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have constant mucus in throat which I rather have to spit it out or I have to swallow it... It keeps draining constantly, it is irritating alot.. this is happening from last 2 years.. whenever I drink water or any liquid the intensity of mucus flow is increased.. this is obstructing my sleep, I don't know what to do... Sometimes there is blockage in nose too.. and I feel my body hot but the temp is always below 37 c. I don't know what to do.. have tried many medicines but none was effective.. please help.. what shall I do.. there is always mucus in throat.

My brother's age is 24yrs ,I observed him at mid nights while sleeping he unable to breathe normally he is trying hard for breathe and when sleeps on back as making face to sky at that I observed and I feared of his life like he almost stops breathe and raises suddenly and continues, am getting fear of my brother what is the situation of my brother,seeing him like that way now am unable to sleep properly. Hoping for positive response. Note: my brother will snore while sleeps.

I feel excessive saliva coming from SUBLINGUAL GLANDS only below my tongue...from past 4 montns.. It makes my mouth heavy when i talk causing speech problem. My dental health is good. What can be the reason...do i neededication ?? Plz help..

Doctor remove tonsils by surgery in tonsillitis or just swelling? If they remove tonsils how come one get tonsillitis again and how will body will be protected from infection in future ?

I was suffering from dry throat around 6 months ago. Even after drinking water the throat remained dry. Recently I am starting to have ear ache. It is not continuous and happens from time to time. I also feel a lump in my throat when I swallow but it's not persistent. Sometimes I have difficulty in breathing. I went to 3 doctors in a span of 6 months but all of them gave me antibiotics which is not helping my throat. Recently someone told me that it might be due to acid reflux. Are these symptoms analogous/ seen in acid reflux patients? I have no cough, cold or fever.

How to regain sense of smell . ..            ...I have lost the sense of smell since 4- 5 months ...

Hi Doctor, It's been 3 months since I have recovered from covid and was hospitalized due to pnueomonia at that time. Today I inhaled gas smoke when my wife forgot to switch off the gas ( It was jaggery in the stove and it turned out to charcoal) Can that smoke cause black fungus. Thanks & God bless you all

I have so difficult to breathe and sonring and sometimes headache, can't sleep probably, etc.. its also need surgery..

I usually sneeze too much in the morning, almost around 25-30 times, and also my nose become running in that time, but this problem would resolve till the evening.....this happens to me every day. Does this happens to me coz of my immune system...is it weak? Or this is all normal if not then what should I do?

Hi doctors, I have done TSH for the first time . my report is showing 33.574. Actually I dont have any symptoms of high TSH. Iam not able to understand, why it is high. Should I do another test of TSH again.
