Water has entered my left ear while swimming. It's causing numbness and pain. Which antibiotics should I use? Plz plz suggest name of antibiotic.

I have throat pain on my left side. My left ear also pains. It's been more than 3 weeks. I cannot even speak as it hurts. Sometimes when the pain increases even area around the ear like jaw also starts paining and throat pain increases too. Please Help

Hello, This is Keyur Thakar from Ahmedabad. I was diagnosed covid 19 positive on 4th April. After a month, on 7th of may I recovered from Covid 19. Now 3 month gone after recovered but smell and taste still not covered. 4 months of covid 19, but still I am not able smell and taste. Sometimes I feel taste and smell but it's just 25% covered and not 100% covered. Kindly provide solutions..

From 2 3 weeks when I get up early in morning I started sneezing for some time and cough is also there again it's goes after sometime and again come in evining or night please guide
