Attached CT scan nose report ..need advise on how to cure antrochoanal polyp on myleft nostril..face recurring nose blockage and continuously running nose

I'm having trouble with my ears from last three weeks. I had little bit cold few weeks back which got better. But my left ear, got closed. I feel like it has blocked with some object and there was a bit of pain. I consulted an ENT Doctor and he said, my eardrums are damaged and prescribed one week of medicine and if medicine doesn't respond, need to perform operation. Below are the medicine which are prescribed: 1. Aceclofenac, paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase tablet 2. Cefpodoxime & Potassium, Clavulanate Tablet 3.Levocetirizime & Montelukast Tablet 4. Reol - 20 5. Zyotic - AC Ear Drops. Please review and advise me

My relative was having throat infection recurrently with a big tonsil from few years and she did the surgery recently and the removed part was sent to biopsy and got the report and has been attached but what is the reading not able to understand. What should be done next.

My daughter's age is 11. She is suffering from tonsillitis ( white patch on toncil). Please suggest appropriate medicine.

When can you travel by air after ear surgery? I go through TP+ME surgery. Now I want to travel. Please let me know when we can travel by flight??

Hello I am having a constant throat clearing from last 20 days,i have visited general physician he prescribed me antibiotics & paracetamol,done with the course,but did not stopped,then i visited ENT he prescribe me rabonik+sr capsule & monticope tablet,after this also same throat clearing is happening,i have done sonography and x ray both are normal.also done full body blood test that is also normal. Is this a habit or something is really wrong.Beacuse when i am busy some-where it happens very less. I feel like clearing throat and mucus comes out & mucus is white & normal. Also after drinking water & eating something it happens more. Any advice will be highly appreciated. Also this throat clearing last longer or it will go away with time.

I have laryno pharyngeal reflux along with I have burning stomach for the past three month on and off..while taking pppi no burning...litte pinching pain in rib area...

Hi i have this swelling in the lower neck just above the two cartilage that makes v shaped structure. Did my ct scan and it shows all gland n nodes are normal with preserved hilum. Cervical nodes are swollen whic is reactionary. There is no lump and no infection in lungs also. However this swelling is still not gone. I have tonsillitis and congestion in pharynx too. I also was suffering with gerd which us fine. This swelling n gerd happened after the covid vaccine. Please guide

She is having cold , running nose ,throat pain , when I checked her throat with light I find some White's area on right side of her throat inside , and pain is in the same area. Sometimes she feels that white thing is coming out of from the throat ( probably that ,is same is I observed inside her throat) and this happened some time back too when she had cold fever and all. Do she need to visit a ENT specialist or what plz suggest the best. She is a bit afraid...!!

I have small cut on my  left side edge of tounge. This is on and off, observing since 3 months,no pain, no burn,  visited to the dentist, she suggested for biopsy and head and neck surgeon. Visited head and neck , ent specialist surgeon, he suggested to the dental surgeon after examin as G18 teeth is sharp and causing the same issue, this need to be treat.
