Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One area of scalp is tender. Even the slightest touch is hurt.whats the cause behind this? Thank you

I have ear pain on my left ear, my throat also pains from the left side and back of my throat from inside also feels rough. When i talk the pain increases. My throat pain started a month back and after 5 days of throat pain went to the ear too. Sometimes when the pain increases even area around the ear starts paining. I cannot talk as it hurts. It started suddenly a month back and I don't know what to do. Please help as it pains very much. I have done salt water gargles, betadine gargles. Local doctor prescribed me Azithromycin and Cetirizine tablets but that didn't work. Please tell me i am in pain.

Hello Doctor, My inner throat looks a bit red and I have pain around jaws and beneath the ears on both sides. I don't feel like eating anything,and have been doing salt water gargling twice a day since yesterday. Also having a slight headache due to the uneasiness. Please suggest if I can start any antibiotics like azithromicin, or any other recommendations. Thanks Divya.

From last one week was having trouble with AC sound washing machine sound and fan sound... I can hear very mild sounds also Any odd sound make me irrated and anxious... I don't know I went to ent he said I Hv hyperacusis...cuz of this I'm daily life effect badly when I go out car noises truck sound all make me anxious... I stop using AC in room cuz of sound and even my fan also make weird sound that irrates me... Before nothing Irrates me now everything making me anxious.... I feel panic kindly advise how to cope with it...

My brother's age is 24yrs while at sleeping when he sleeps by sideways or on stomach he is sleeping very good and no snoring and congestion,but when he sleeps on back he is taking breath heavily like obstructive sleep and it's disturbing him and he changes position and goes to sleep normally,is it normal

Hi Doctors, I got infection in sinus area post covid... I started Ayuervedic medication for this infection in the fear of black fungs... It's been 3 months am in medication and not cured yet... Still the numbness and slight Swelling are observing in face sometimes, also nose blocks (sometime right nose sometime left side) Due to ayuervedic medication and life style change in ayuervedic medication since 3 months I feel like am missing my life and in the thought process of this infection only all the time My ayuervedic doctor says, what is there fore is a nothing and it is almost cured and what is there is a residual of older infections (covid of any sinus infections) Whereas still my face will have sudden swelling and slight pain in upper tooth at times..am just thinking if I look for allopathy medication now, will it work... Or can I club allopathy and ayuervedic medication Due to longer medication for covid and then for this sinus infection mentally am getting weak and suffering

My mother was suffering from pain in ear. We consulted local doctor, he found hole in both ears. He advised CT-Temporal scan and surgery. My doubt is that"is it mandatory to go through surgery?"

I have having itchy throat( bottom throat) since 4-5 days, i dont have any throat pain so far, i had minimal cough(meaning very light cough) for 5-6 times  total during these 5 days, i was having runny nose itchy eye corner so i took fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg from local medical shop, i guess after i took that medicine my throat started to itch, do i have any thing to worry, what should i do? do i have covid or delta varainat? please reply
