Strep throat and red mark on hard palate

Hi Yesterday morning when I woke up I felt a lot of irritation in the throat like the feeling you get when you have cold and then in the evening because I have medical anxiety I saw my mouth and found a reddish mark on my upper palate. Sharing the snap, please suggest what it is
