Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having sinusitis issue since 2 years. As I was having cold n cough few days back and got recovered also but today some yellow watery liquid came from my left nostrils. Is it normal or serious health issue? Please help.

I don' t know the reason from past 3 weeks am having some Ent problem eg: continues cold, throat itching, headache, eyes itching, and ear itching also. Any Ent infection happened? Recently i took Covishield 2 nd dose injection. Plz help me if there any solution.
