Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have lot of pain in my throat last 4 days. I am taking medicine for common viral flu but I have no relief.

My age is 26yrs ,plzz suggest me best medicine for chronic sinusitis as am suffering from 3mnths ,I got very high fever on May 13th post recovery I got chronic sinusitis

Cough and phlegm in throat . No fever, no cold . No other symptoms other than cough. Had antibiotics one dosage and it's still not reduced. I don't have coughing continuously but I feel the phlegm inside.

On May 13th I got very high fever post am suffering from sinusitis,is fever is the major reason for sinusitis and its been 3mnths still am suffering, so how long it will last and any medication will cure my problem,plz help me

What's the causing of frequently sneeze 🤧 if you have cold and cough that's fine but irrespective of it also face this problem How we can prevent it?

1.on may 13th I got high fever and after 2 days am cured,but after on 3rd day at night I started feeling breathlessness like nasal congestion so I inhaled steam for 3 to 4 times and at that night I didn't slept properly but in morning when I used nasal spray I felt relief . 2.but on same day by afternoon I tested positive for covid and I went into isolation and I started nasal congestion for more than 1mnth during Isolation am unable to sleep properly at nights making hard for breathe as my nose and throat becomes very very dry. 3.after 20 days I tested negative but after anxiety issues started for me such as high BP and abnormal heart rate sometimes but meanwhile I recovered slowly.( all reports were normal) 4.but still after 3mnths sometimes am facing nasal congestion as am unable to sleep and post nasal drip for twice or thrice in a day and abnormal heartrate for 2 to 3min. 5.under fan at high speeds am unable to sleep still making breathlessness, plz help me ,what's the majorissue

In 2019 I was suffering from acid reflux, then I started medication. After some time I was feeling better. But this issue is coming in between & when I start to take precautions I go away. Currently I am facing Constant & food flavoured (whatever I ate burp smells comes of it) burping. I have read some articles on GERD & Barret esophagus. Now I am feeling very anxious thinking this may be serious/fatal issues & getting stresses. In Jan -21 I had endoscopy but nothing was found. Request you to please guide if anything serious is there.

It's been 3mnths since I recovered from covid,now am unable to sleep under fan making hard to breathe ,before I came to know i have covid at one night don't know suddenly I started nasal congestion during whole night am unable to sleep and it continued for 2months after that it's happening twice or thrice in a day,don't know is it due to covid or I have some other problems,plz help me

Respected doctors ,Please  reply Last 6 -7 months I am suffering right side submandibular gland pain and sometimes right side throat irritation..in past I had acid reflux.. after health check up..my Ent doctor says nothing to worry.. but my right side submandibular gland pain comes again and again. Is this serious? Now I am taking Pan 40, Zincovit, cap aquasol a,Vit C, evion 400. Please prefer me some medicine so I get relief from submandibular gland pain.

How rare is Adenoid Hypertrophy In Adults and do they appear in CT scans? Are they removed using a Micro Debrider?
