Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been suffering from sinus from the past one week and now my left ear seems to be blocked, it feels heavy and I cannot hear. Any ear drops that would help clear the congestion?

My doctor prescribed "Phlogam" tablet for reducing sinus pain, with antibiotics.  I took it for 1 month. Now I have lost around 2 kgs weight. Is it because of Phlogam? Kindly advise, Thank you
