Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I think i hear a ringing noise all time my ear(not sure whether ringing or background sound). I have perfect hearing but when i close my ears i think i hear a low whistle sound. I can differentiate any sounds easily , no difficulty innhearing but i doubt a sound in ears only when closed maybe

I am suffering from mouth ulcers since last 4 weeks. I got redress in my toung, cheek, throat & lips. I am not able to take any food. I am already taking medicines via my near doctors. Please advise me.

I was tested positive for covid on 30th of August with mild symptoms and now I have 0 symptoms. My problem is that whenever I bend or sit with my head bent .. I am getting a sensation or just a feeling of pressure in my forehead and a feeling of some fluid being accumulated there dripping down to my nose.. just a feeling but never actually didn't get any fluid. Please doctors.. suggest any valuable home remedies to clear this problem.. I am in govt quarantine and I am helpless.. please suggest me any home remedies that could actually clear my problem. 🙏🙏🙏

There is an ulcer on the back of my throat. What to apply on that? I am doing gargle with betadine but no relief. Its causing discomfort in my throat.

I have tinnitus since 2-3 years. Had a brain mri, neck usg all fine. Nothing was shown, i am right now habituated to it. Audiometry tests showed normal with slight hearing loss in left side audiologist said its fine. Impedance + pta both were done. Initially tinnitus started in left but i have it in both sides. Now my problem is sometimes, it happens like i am sleeping on 1 side of face or maybe sitting also, there will be huge spike like the older tv beep and will last for few secs 2-3 seconds maybe and gradually go down, i found out when i modulate my jaw that time it comes down more sooner, and while this happens, the background sounds will get dull, say if i am hearing a fan sound, it will get diminished. I believe further investigation is required but the local ent all they do is prescribe more and more medicines. Also after this spike occurs, i see there's a slight itching inside ear and a pungent/weird smell in throat when i force our post nasal drip. Is there some infection?

I suddenly feel a wheezing type sound passing through from one ear to other inside. And then my ear feels blank for few seconds also i have pulling in my muscle under both ear i have cervical spondolytis so tughtness in neck muscle. What is the reason for this tightness and a blank sound in my ear sometimes. I also have anxiety issue from some time can that cause this too?. Or i use earphone while sleeping. If that is the reason i will instantly leave it

I believe the flaky skin is due to some skin problems? But is the redness over tha back of ear normal? Or is it sign that some infection is there? It doesn't itches or anything. I sometimes suddenly feel a very low whistle type sound passing from one side of the ear to other. It is very uncomfortable. I have cervical spondolytis and have pain in the neck muscles. Also i feel pulling and tightness in my ear sometimes. What is the reason? Do i have some ear problem. I have a habit of sleeping with earphone on. Can that cause instant hearing loss or ear problem
